Dirk Vandenberghe has joined Belgium-based Metallo-Chimique N.V. (part of the Metallum Group) as new CEO. He spent 20 years at Arcelor,where his last assignment was as General Manager of Arcelor Mittal Tailored Blank, a group of 11 plants spread throughout Europe, Asia and the USA, with an annual turnover of 400M$ and employing approximately 700 people.
