Avoiding waste and saving energy
To ensure a responsible recycling cycle, scrap and residues are channelled into environmental friendly material recycling. This avoids waste, conserves resources and saves energy and therefore money.
Shredder and sorting plants
When collected scrap metal or other scrap is not directly usable it is processed in shredder and sorting plants. Here approved and new technology comes into play. Examples are powerful shears and presses, the non-ferrous metal high frequency separator for collected waste cans or the crusher for turnings. A flotation plant for the separation of heavy and light metals and a colour sorting equipment enhance and complement the Metallum’s existing capacity.
